He Must Increase But I Must Decrease: A Parish Guide to The Month Of Humility (June)

He Must Increase But I Must Decrease: A Parish Guide to The Month Of Humility (June) is a free Orthodox Christian eBook to help individuals, families and parishes grow in humility through prayer, reflection, service and daily spiritual practice.

Inspired by the words of St John the Baptist, "He must increase, but I must decrease" (John 3:30), the guide presents humility as the foundation of every Christian virtue. It is arranged in four themed weeks:

• the heart
• speech
• service
• the mind of Christ

Through daily challenges, prayers, teachings from the saints and family activities, readers are encouraged to grow in repentance, selflessness, gratitude and dependence on God, and to make humility a lifelong spiritual practice.
