Resurrection and Me

The resurrection is a personal experience that we as Christians should experience every day of our lives. The church gives us practical examples of the resurrection in biblical characters such as, the disciples who fled away from Christ during His crucifixion yet after His rising from the dead on the third day, they went about preaching the word to all nations.

We also live the resurrection in the church sacraments as St Paul said: “we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so, we also should walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4).
